DG Compliance Assessments

As a result of a HSC-led DG evaluation, you can expect a detailed summary of DG regulatory violations that leave the company open to DOT enforcement actions, suggestions for increasing shipping efficiencies and adopting industry best practices, and guidance on how to leverage regulatory exceptions to reduce shipping costs. Following the DG evaluation, a written report describing findings and offering recommendations will be provided.

These efforts are done in cooperation with the regulators, to help them keep their regulations up to date.
