Randy Walker

Randy Walker brings more than 40 years of experience in operations, safety, training, and logistics to HazMat Safety Consulting. His career spans leadership roles with organizations such as Los Alamos National Laboratory’s Chemistry Division and Oak Ridge National Laboratory, where he provided technical direction for large-scale hazardous materials operations, including the transport of radioactive and nuclear materials.
Before joining HSC, Randy established and managed transportation operations and packaging compliance programs across five Lockheed Martin sites, building systems that ensured both regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. A Certified Transportation Broker and former Chairman of the DOE Contractor Transportation Management Association (CTMA), Randy currently serves as a member of the N14 ANSI Standards Committee and has held DOE Q and DoD Top Secret clearances.
A graduate of the University of Tennessee with a B.S. in Logistics and Transportation, Randy is widely recognized as a corporate troubleshooter—turning complex, high-risk projects into profitable, self-sustaining operations. His deep technical knowledge and leadership in hazmat transportation make him an invaluable resource for HSC clients navigating complex regulatory landscapes.
